About me

Hello, I am Claudia Aurelia Chicinas, the founder of Konditorei Aurelia – Atelier for Sweet Craftsmanship.

I am originally from Romania and have been living in Wermelskirchen, Germany, with my husband and two children since 2011.

My passion for the baking and confectionery trade has accompanied me for many years. In 2007, I successfully completed my training as a baker and confectioner and subsequently gained valuable professional experience in various areas of the trade.

I stand for lovingly crafted cakes and fine pastries that make special moments unforgettable. My vision is to enrich every celebration with unique creations and to delight my customers with pleasure and creativity.

I am particularly passionate about designing custom cakes and sweet creations for special occasions. Each cake tells its own story and is crafted with great attention to detail, creativity, and skill.

After many years of professional experience and successfully completing my master craftsman examination, I've fulfilled my dream of opening my own studio for sweet craftsmanship. My goal is to create unique moments of enjoyment that not only taste good but also remain in your memory.
